Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days.

Delivery may take longer due to weather, public holidays, courier delays, remote locations, or incorrect customer information.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available where offered at checkout. Payment is collected by the courier upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and active phone number.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timing is subject to the courier's service.
