You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered.

Products must generally be unused and returned with their original packaging and accessories.

To request a return, contact us with your order number and photos/videos of the issue. All returns are subject to verification and approval.

If a return is approved, we will provide the return instructions and applicable refund or replacement options.

Products damaged or used by the customer, or products specifically marked as non-returnable, may not be eligible for return.
